We book a relaxed, no-obligation call (usually 30–60 minutes) to understand your business, goals, and any immediate accounting or tax concerns. There's no cost and no pressure to move forward if we're not the right fit.
Yes. We support freelancers, start-ups, limited companies, growing creative businesses, and established companies.
We work exclusively with creatives and understand project-based work, irregular income, grants, royalties, creative tax reliefs and also R&D, which can be relevant to creative companies.
We send you a clear proposal outlining recommended services, pricing, and next steps. If approved, we begin onboarding.
Yes. We handle the entire switch for you, including contacting your previous accountant and transferring records. Switching accountants usually takes two to four weeks, with minimal disruption to your business.
You complete a short onboarding form, we gather your records, review your setup, and ensure everything is running smoothly. We allocate an account manager to you and have an initial call to make sure we are all on the same page, anything urgent that needs doing, set up systems, and a general plan for the year. You'll have a dedicated point of contact (your manager) who understands your business and works with you long term.
Both. We work with creative businesses across the UK via online meetings, phone calls, and in-person where needed. Our offices are based in Kingston and in London.
